Questions

The ones we actually get asked. If yours is not here, email us.

Can I buy it?

No. There is no checkout, no presale, no deposit, and no waitlist that takes a card. When the formula is locked to the standard, that changes. Until then the only thing you can do here is leave an email address.

What is in it?

Two actives at the doses used in knee osteoarthritis trials: a boswellia extract at 100 mg a day, and a highly absorbable curcumin providing about 180 mg of curcumin a day. Exact branded materials and the full label go up when we can buy the right materials, not before.

Why only two ingredients?

Because a longer list is usually a pricing decision, not a formulation one. Every extra name on a label is milligrams taken from something that had evidence behind it. If we cannot print a trial dose for an ingredient, it does not go in.

When will it ship, and what will it cost?

We do not have a date, and we will not invent one. The price will likely land around $40 to $50 — a real dose of studied material costs more than filler and less than branding.

How fast will it work?

We will not tell you that. Nobody honestly can. The trials we cite ran about 30 days and 8 weeks respectively and measured pain scores; what happens in your knees on your timeline is not something we get to promise. See the Disclaimer.

Are the studies yours?

No. Every trial we cite tested an individual ingredient, not a True Metric Labs product. One of them was sponsor-linked and we say so on its page. We cite them to show where the doses come from, not to claim their results.

So the 45% figure is your result?

No, and we will not present it that way. That number is a within-group change in the Aflapin arm of one trial, not a 45% improvement over placebo, and not an outcome for our bottle. The research page spells this out.

Will it be third-party tested?

That is the intent, and we will publish what the testing covers and who did it rather than printing a badge. We are not going to claim it before it is true.

Who should not take something like this?

Anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone under 18, and anyone on blood thinners, anti-inflammatories, or diabetes medication without talking to a physician first. Same for bleeding disorders, gallbladder or liver disease, and upcoming surgery. Full list on the Disclaimer.

What happens to my email?

It is used once, to tell you the product exists. We do not sell it, share it, or bolt a newsletter onto it. Ask us and we delete it. See the Privacy Policy.
