Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice
A separate notice because health-related interest counts as health data in some states. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Why this notice exists
Some state laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada Senate Bill 370, treat information that could identify your interest in a health condition as consumer health data, with its own consent and disclosure rules. This notice covers that category specifically, and sits alongside our general Privacy Policy.
What consumer health data we could hold
Only this: your email address, plus the inference that you were interested in a joint supplement because you left it on a page about knees. We do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medications, age, or any health history, and we have no form in which you could give them to us.
We do not collect precise location data and we do not operate a geofence around any healthcare facility.
Why we hold it
To send you one message when the product is available. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it to profile you, target advertising, or infer anything further about your health.
We do not sell or share it
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done so and there is no arrangement under which we could. If that ever changes, we would have to ask for your separate written authorisation first, and we would rather simply not.
Who can access it
Our email delivery and hosting providers, as processors acting on our instructions, and the people who run True Metric Labs. Nobody else. We do not disclose it to affiliates, data brokers, or advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we retire the notify list, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, to tell you who we have shared it with, and to delete it, including from our backups and from any processor holding it on our behalf. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Email [Contact email]. We will act within the timeframe the applicable law requires and we will not charge you or require an account. If we ever refuse a request we will tell you why and how to appeal.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your consumer health data, tell us first at [Contact email] so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to your state attorney general.
